Mammoth Maintenance ("Mammoth," "we," "us") is Mammoth Maintenance LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are. We try to collect as little as possible.
Information you give us through the contact form or by email:
Information collected automatically on this website:
This site uses no marketing cookies, no advertising trackers, no social media pixels.
If you become a customer, we may also collect billing address and payment method (stored by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers ourselves), property access information needed to perform services (codes, keys, alarm instructions), and service notes from visits.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with marketing partners.
Quote requests that do not become engagements: up to 24 months. Engagement records (contracts, invoices, service notes): 7 years for tax and legal recordkeeping. Server logs: typically 30-90 days.
If you give us access codes, keys, or alarm credentials, we treat them as confidential. We do not share them outside our crew. After service termination, we recommend you rotate those credentials within 30 days.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete it. Some records (invoices, contracts) we are legally required to keep — we'll explain if a request runs into that. Email [email protected].
We use commercially reasonable measures including HTTPS in transit and access controls. No internet service is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subprocessors solely to provide the messaging service (e.g., our SMS provider) is used only to deliver those messages and not for marketing. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change.
